a) Our Intellectual Property:

The “Bee2Com” name, logo, and all related names, logos, product and service names, designs, and slogans are trademarks of Bee2Com.

b) Your Intellectual Property:
Any pre-existing materials, data, code, or intellectual property that you provide to us for a project (“Client Materials”) remain your sole and exclusive property.

c) Deliverables:
Upon full payment of all fees due for a project, the final deliverables specifically created for you and outlined in the SOW will be assigned to you. Bee2Com retains the right to use any generalized knowledge, skills, experience, and pre-existing code developed before or during the project for any other purpose.

4. User Responsibilities and Conduct

You agree not to:

  • Use the Website or Services for any illegal or unauthorized purpose.
  • Upload or transmit any viruses or malicious code.
  • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the Website or our systems.
  • Use our Services to infringe upon the intellectual property rights of others.

5. Project Terms & Payment

a) Proposals and SOWs: Projects are initiated with a formal proposal and SOW, which upon acceptance, becomes a binding part of these Terms.
b) Payment Terms: Payment schedules will be specified in the SOW. Late payments may be subject to interest charges as permitted by Albanian law.
c) Revisions and Scope Changes: The SOW includes a set number of revision rounds. Significant changes to the project scope may require a new SOW and adjustment to the timeline and cost.
d) Client Cooperation: You agree to provide timely feedback, materials, and access necessary for us to complete the project. Delays from your side may impact the project timeline.

6. Disclaimer of Warranties

THE WEBSITE AND SERVICES ARE PROVIDED ON AN “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE” BASIS. BEE2COM MAKES NO WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, REGARDING THE OPERATION OF THE WEBSITE OR THE INFORMATION, CONTENT, OR SERVICES OFFERED. TO THE FULL EXTENT PERMISSIBLE BY LAW, BEE2COM DISCLAIMS ALL WARRANTIES, INCLUDING IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY AND FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE.

7. Limitation of Liability

Any dispute arising from these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Tirana, Albania. The parties agree to first attempt to resolve the dispute through informal negotiations in good faith for a period of at least thirty (30) days.
